Pedal the Cause

I was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer based on a routine mammogram in December  of 2022.  It was a miracle it was found at such an early stage based on the circumstances around it.  With the quick actions of my doctors and the healing hand of our Lord, I was cancer free after surgery.  In order to prevent a recurrence, I went through 16 rounds of chemo in 2023 and then radiation.  I am grateful for all the doctors and all the friends and family members who walked  and stood by me through this journey.  

I am proud to join Pedal the Cause in the fight against cancer. Pedal the Cause is more than the region's largest cancer fundraiser. It's a way of life, a celebration, a family and a movement fueled by the courage to end cancer.
