Five years ago, my life changed when the doctor told me that I have ovarian cancer found during a routine hysterectomy. This type of cancer is usually not detected early due to the vague symptoms and my cancer had already spread. I underwent chemotherapy at Siteman Cancer Center and now I have a good prognosis! I look forward to Pedal the Cause and helping raise money for Siteman!
