Like so many families, I am personally affected by cancer. My mom died from liver cancer 2 years ago. We miss her so much. I miss my children having their grandmother in their lives everyday. Our dear family friend, Victoria Drier, battled a brain tumor for so many years but we had to say goodbye to her far too soon. We also have friends, like Peter Mantovani, who we are watching survive and thrive after cancer. We want to support the research that allows for more stories like his!
I am proud to join Pedal the Cause in the fight against cancer. Pedal the Cause is more than the region's largest cancer fundraiser. It's a way of life, a celebration, a family and a movement fueled by the courage to end cancer.
