I am proud to join Pedal the Cause in the fight against cancer. Pedal the Cause is more than the region's largest cancer fundraiser. It's a way of life, a celebration, a family and a movement fueled by the courage to end cancer.
Most of us know someone, or know multiple people in our lives either fight or affected by cancer. Anything I can do to help raise awareness and funding for Siteman Cancer Research is well worth it. In this case, I'm donating my money and putting myself out there to bike 52 miles, all in the hope that it will motivate a few of you to donate as well. Whether you can donate a little or more, it's all very much appreciated and obviously goes to a great cause. So please, donate if you can. And if we get over $1000 as a bonus, next year I'll promise to bike even further. And who doesn't want to chuckle knowing that you made me perform a grueling physical act?
