Pedal the Cause

I'm proud to participate in Pedal the Cause and support the fight against cancer. Pedal the Cause is more than the region's largest cancer fundraiser. It's a way of life, a celebration, a family and a movement fueled by the courage to end cancer. It was my dad's cancer diagnosis in 2016 that first got me involved with Pedal The Cause. Since my first ride, I've dedicated my annual rides to family members and friends who each have a unique story to tell about their cancer experience. Most of those stories have had a happy ending but not all. And none of us is immune from cancer.

50% of men and 30% of women will experience a cancer diagnosis during their lifetime. But the strides we're making towards a World Without Cancer are real and fueled by the kind of groundbreaking research that Pedal The Cause funds. With an amazing ROI of 13:1 and a model that ensures that 100% of dollars donated go directly to fund lifesaving cancer research at Siteman Cancer Center and Siteman Kids at St. Louis Children's Hospital, we are leading the way to that brighter future.
