I am thankful once again to ride with the Bill Box’s Blue, Red and Grey Pedal the Cause team in the fight against cancer!
As I ride, I will be remembering beloved family members whose lives were cut short by cancer: my two sisters-in-law, Mary Kay and Ellen, my cousin Earl, my aunt Jean. I will pedal as hard as my old friend Rhonda fought her un-winnable battle with colon cancer, and I will pray every mile that my buddy Keto wins his as he continues to lift others with his music and wit.
The good friends I will be riding with have lost family members, too. We ride together to honor them all and to help bring an end to the pain, suffering, and loss that cancer brings.
