Why I Ride

This is my 10th year fundraising for Pedal the Cause. My brother in law, Jason Hill, got my wife and I into cycling and raising money for cancer research, after his cancer diagnosis in 2011. His generosity and caring spirit were responsible for creating the "Brain Trust" fundraising team that has now surpassed $111,000 for cancer research! Jason gave so much of himself to help others before losing his life to cancer. His example is why I choose to ride and fundraise for life changing research that will improve the lives of people living with the disease and their families. Pedal the Cause is more than the region's largest cancer fundraiser. It's a way of life, a celebration, a family and a movement fueled by the courage to end cancer.

Please support my efforts by donating to my fundraiser, and give with confidence knowing that 100% of your donation will fund lifesaving cancer research at Siteman Cancer Center and Siteman Kids at St. Louis Children's Hospital.
